Another City Caught Lowering Yellow Light Times

The city of Paradise Valley was caught with illegally short yellow light times. As a result, they are dismissing or refunding 1063 tickets. The city was all but forced to fess up after a citizen recorded and timed the intersection on video.

This is what happens when there is no independent audit and oversight of these automated ticketing machines.
