Another Photo Radar Scam…

Scammers have found a way to turn photo enforcement into yet another major scam to take advantage of the innocent. The scam is occurring even in places that don’t have active photo enforcement programs. Because of the stealth and delayed nature of photo enforcement, even the best driver has no way of knowing if perhaps they may have been caught one of these systems. After all, how much difference is there if a scammer sends you a notice (or calls you with a collection attempt) to ask for money for an offense that may or may not have happened or if a big for-profit company does it? The only difference is a government contract.
