Arizona Senate Votes Today on Photo Enforcement Bills

Two bills are scheduled for a vote today in the Arizona Senate:

SCR1029 will put photo enforcement on the ballot this fall for Arizonans to vote whether or not they want to keep it.

SB1318 clarifies existing states that require photo enforcement employees who process violations to obtain private investigator’s licenses. These employees have wide open access to personal information in government databases that otherwise require a government job or a PI license to access.

Call and write your senator to let them know to support both of these bills!
